BEFORE BOOKING
Please use the name displayed on your passport as your reservation name in English or Japanese only.
Check-in is between 3:30pm and 6:00pm.
Check-out is between after breakfast and 10:00am.
We allow children 0 years and 12 years. (over 13 years will be counted as adults)
Up to 3 years fare will be charged, ¥3000.(not food, we don’t have baby bed)
4 years and 12 years fare will be charged, ¥9750~9950.(children food)(in winter extra ¥600)
The maximum number of guest we accept is 6 in one group.
If you would like to reservation over 7 in one group, please contact us directly by email.
Dinner time is 6:30pm.
Please arrive until 6:00pm.
After you make a reservation, we will confirm your detail and send you a confirmation email. If you don’t receive a confirmation email from us, your reservation has not been confirmed successfully. Please make contact with us.
Amenity goods
tooth brush set, bath towel and face towel, are in the room.
hair dryer, body soap, shampoo, are public space.
Our Room types are 3.

we have small small refrigerator, not freezer.
when consecutive nights
In case of consecutive nights stay cleaning is not carried out, but we will change towales.

About Cancellation
This offer can be cancelled or modified free of charge before 15days, 0:00 (UTC+09:00).
In case of cancellation after this date, a penalty of 30%~100% of first night will apply. please look below.
In case of no-show, a penalty of 1 night will apply.

GROUP BOOKINGS of 4 or more of our 6rooms or the whole guest house.
The following Booking/ Cancellation terms apply;
50% Non refundable booking Deposit will be taken for all bookings of the Property as the Whole Guest House (or 4 or more of our 6 rooms) .
If bookings are made within the 14 day period, the full amount of the reservation will be due upon booking.
The following cancellation structure applies;
Cancellations more than 61 days before arrival- 50% deposit retained
Cancellations between 30 to 60 days before arrival- 50% deposit retained + 20% cancellation charge = 70% of total booking due.
Cancellations between 15to 29 days before arrival 50% deposit retained + 30% cancellation charge = 80% of total booking due.
Cancellations of 14 days or less before arrival 50% deposit + 50% cancellation charge = 100% of total booking due.
